Yakov is a highly skilled and passionate SharePoint Consultant, Analyst, Architect, and Administrator.

Over the past 15 years he has been completely dedicated to successfully implementing and supporting dozens of SharePoint Portals for companies of all sizes - from top tier automobile manufacturers and banks, to insurance companies, real estate management firms, and professional services corporations.

Prior to his love affair with SharePoint, he was a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst, having performed enterprise-wide business needs and technology strategy assessments for numerous large organizations. Yakov also brings a unique and valuable perspective to projects through his academic background in artificial intelligence, organizational psychology, and sociology.

Over the past 20+ years he has worked on dozens of development projects for companies of all sizes – including Microsoft, Manulife, BMW, Scotia Bank and several provincial and federal government agencies. Over the past 14 years, Luis has worked on multiple versions of SharePoint, starting with 2001 and most recently with SharePoint 2013 and Office 365.

Prior to his focus on SharePoint, he was a highly experienced .net developer primarily using C# but also highly skilled in Visual Basic and Visual Basic.net, having developed numerous enterprise level projects for large organizations. Luis began his career at Microsoft and has continued on the Microsoft bandwagon, developing solutions with many of the Microsoft technology stack, including CMS, BizTalk, SQL Server SSRS, ASP.Net, WCF, MSMQ just to name a few.

Jad Sinno is an accomplished SharePoint consultant with over 15 years experience developing, designing and architecting intuitive end user solutions on premises (2007, 2010, 2013) and in the cloud on Office 365. He has been involved in a variety of government projects (city, police and education institutions) as well as several top tier corporations ranging from automotive, manufacturing, media to tax auditing firms.

Jad has primarily focused on enterprise content management, document management, line of business application integration (CRM, Salesforce), business process automation through workflows, information architecture, electronic forms using InfoPath, collaboration and intranet sites and various platform migrations and upgrades.


Melanie Sattori | Project Manager

Melanie is a PMP certified consultant with over 14 years of project implementation experience in a range of industries including retail, finance, government and energy. Melanie is an enthusiastic person who has a background that has encouraged lifelong learning. She is quick to take on new challenges and as a logical thinker, takes all aspects of a situation into consideration when making decisions.

Melanie is able to work with all levels of an organization and brings with her expertise in transformation programs, SharePoint projects and learning & development initiatives. Using her project management, communication and analysis skills, Melanie will bridge the gap between business & technology and between standardized processes & agile methods.

Melanie has worked with SharePoint since 2004 on projects that have included migrating to SharePoint from legacy systems, developing custom SharePoint solutions and educating teams on the use of SharePoint. She has also guided organizations to develop strategies to utilize SharePoint collaboration features such as content management, online collaboration forums, portals, templates, search and custom application development.
